High speed centrifugal spray dryer is widely used in liquid forming and drying industries.

The operation process of this unit involves the high-pressure input of material liquid through a diaphragm pump, spraying mist like droplets, and then flowing down in parallel with hot air. Most of the powder particles are collected by the bottom discharge port of the tower, and the exhaust gas and its fine powder are separated by a cyclone separator. The exhaust gas is discharged by a suction fan, and the powder is collected by a pollination tube located at the lower end of the cyclone separator. The fan outlet can also be equipped with secondary dust removal equipment, with a recovery rate of over 96-98%.

The spray dryer has a fast drying speed, and the surface area of the material liquid is greatly added after atomization. In the hot air flow, 95% -98% of the water can be evaporated instantly, and the time to complete the drying only needs ten to ten seconds. It is especially suitable for drying heat sensitive materials.
